U načinu rada HDMI nema zvuka.

Prikazane boje možda ne izgledaju dobro. Možda nema slike ili zvuka. To je moguće ako je s proizvodom povezan izvor signala koji podržava samo starije verzije HDMI standarda.

Ako se pojave takvi problemi, povežite audiokabel zajedno s HDMI kabelom.

Neke računalne grafičke kartice možda neće automatski prepoznati HDMI signale koji ne uključuju zvuk. U tom slučaju ručno odaberite izvor zvuka.

Infracrveni senzor ne funkcionira.

Provjerite zasvijetli li žaruljica senzora prilikom pritiska gumba na daljinskom upravljaču.

•Ako žaruljica senzora ne zasvijetli, isključite prekidač napajanja na poleđini uređaja, a zatim ga ponovno uključite

(LED žaruljica napajanja zasvijetlit će crveno kad isključite zaslon).

Ako žaruljica senzora ne zasvijetli ni nakon isključivanja i ponovnog uključivanja prekidača napajanja, možda je odspojena interna utičnica.

Obratite se najbližem servisnom centru radi servisiranja proizvoda.

•Ako prilikom pritiska na tipku daljinskog upravljača žaruljica senzora koja svijetli ne bljeska crveno, možda je infracrveni senzor u kvaru.

•Ako prilikom pritiska gumba na daljinskom upravljaču na zaslonu nema promjene premda žaruljica senzora bljeska crveno, možda je matična ploča u kvaru.

Kad je u načinu rada za uštedu energije izvor signala DisplayPort, nije moguće spremiti postavke prikaza na računalu.

Kliknite System → General te postavite Max. Power Saving na Off. Možete i ponovno konfigurirati postavke izlaznog prikaza na računalu. Provjerite je li komplet uključen.

Prilikom uključivanja računala s izvorom signala postavljenim na DisplayPort, neće se prikazati BIOS ni zasloni uključivanja sustava.

Uključite računalo kad je komplet uključen ili kad izvor signala nije DisplayPort.
