Bevor Sie sich an den technischen Kundendienst wenden, führen Sie bitte die nachstehend beschriebenen einfachen Maßnahmen durch.

zMagicRotation benötigt zum Drehen der Bildschirmanzeige einen installierten Grafiktreiber, der vom Hersteller der Grafikkarte bereitgestellt wird. Wenn der installierte Grafiktreiber nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert oder Fehler aufweist, sind diese Fehler auch nach der Installation von MagicRotation weiterhin vorhanden. Falsches/unberechenbares Verhalten infolge von Fehlern im installierten Grafiktreiber gehen nicht auf MagicRotation zurück.

Um festzustellen, ob ein Problem vom installierten Grafiktreiber verursacht wird, können Sie die folgenden Diagnoseschritte durchführen:

1.Stellen Sie fest, ob das Problem sowohl bei einer Ausrichtung von 0 Grad (Querformat) als auch bei 90 Grad (Hochformat) auftritt.

2.Stellen Sie fest, ob das Problem bei unterschiedlichen Farbtiefen (8/19/32 Bit pro Pixel) und Auflösungen (800 x 600, 1024 x 768) auftritt.

3.Stellen Sie fest, ob das Problem auch bei deinstallierter MagicRotation-Software auftritt.

Wenn das Problem in allen oder einem der genannten Fälle auftritt, liegt der Fehler vermutlich beim installierten Grafiktreiber:

Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte durch, um das Problem zu beheben:

1.Deinstallieren Sie MagicRotation.

2.Fordern Sie den aktuellen Grafiktreiber beim Grafikkartenhersteller an.

Die aktuellen Grafiktreiber von ATI, NVIDIA, MATROX, INTEL usw. können Sie einfach über die Website des jeweiligen Herstellers herunterladen.

3.Installieren Sie den aktuellen Grafiktreiber.

4.Installieren Sie MagicRotation. In den meisten Fällen behebt dies das Problem.

zMagicRotation funktioniert möglicherweise nicht, wenn Sie den Monitor ausgetauscht oder den Treiber der Grafikkarte aktualisiert haben, während MagicRotation ausgeführt wurde.

Wenn dies der Fall ist, starten Sie den Computer neu.
