Permite editar los cambios o ajustar sus objetivos.

Selección de los programas de ejercicios

Fitness muestra vídeos y ejercicios de programas que se pueden utilizar para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. Estos vídeos y programas se deben descargar de Samsung Apps. Los vídeos etiquetados VOD (vídeo a la carta) forman parte del grupo de vídeos de ejercicios gratuitos. Le aconsejamos que descargue éstos primero.

Para descargar un programa o vídeo VOD, siga estos pasos:

1.En la pantalla Fitness, resalte y seleccione un programa. Aparece un mensaje que le pregunta si desea ir a las Samsung Apps.

2.Seleccione Sí. Aparece la pantalla Samsung Apps.

✎✎Puede tardar unos minutos.

3.Si es la primera vez que descarga un programa o un vídeo VOD, se le dirigirá a la página de descarga de la aplicaciones de vídeo VOD donde puede descargar y reproducir vídeos de ejercicios VOD.

4.Siga las indicaciones de la pantalla para descargar la aplicación de vídeo VOD.

5.Una vez descargada la aplicación de vídeo, pulse RETURNR varias veces para volver a la pantalla Fitness.

6.Puede seleccionar y reproducir cualquier vídeo VOD.

✎✎Cada vez que reproduce estos vídeos la aplicación Fitness anota el vídeo que ha utilizado y calcula el número de calorías que ha quemado, según el vídeo.
