Problemas de encendido

Antes de encender el producto verifique que hay una luz roja en la parte inferior

 

izquierda o derecha del producto. Pulse el botón de encendido en el producto o el

 

mando a distancia y la luz parpadeará unas 5 veces antes de encenderse el producto.

 

Si advierte algún problema al encender el producto Samsung, antes de llamar al

 

servicio de asistencia puede realizar algunas comprobaciones.

 

•• Si está utilizando el producto como monitor y al pulsar el botón de encendido el

 

indicador del modo de espera sólo parpadea unos segundos, el PC está en el

 

modo de suspensión. Para activar el PC pulse un tecla del teclado o mueva el

 

ratón. A continuación, pruebe de encender el producto.

 

Si está seguro de que el cable de alimentación, el mando a distancia y el PC

 

funcionan correctamente, quizás haya un problema con el cable. Si tiene un

 

decodificador de cable o de satélite, el producto puede parecer que esté apagado

 

porque el decodificador no envía ninguna señal. Para probar si el decodificador de

 

cable o de satélite envía la señal, pulse el botón de la guía o de la información del

 

mando a distancia del decodificador de cable o satélite. Si en la pantalla se muestra la

 

guía o aparecen los datos de información, el problema se origina en el decodificador.

Vuelva a ejecutar Configuración (Vaya a Menú → Sistema → Configuración) o ejecute

 

Sintonización automática. (Vaya a Menú → Canal → Sintonización automática).
