Bluetooth

D I caratteri coreani o cinesi di un biglietto da visita elettronico ricevuto tramite Bluetooth risultano difettosi

R1 Se si invia un biglietto da visita elettronico che contiene caratteri coreani o cinesi selezionando l’opzione Select a business card in the file (Seleziona un biglietto da visita elettronico nel file) (*.vcf, *.vcd), i caratteri sul biglietto da visita saranno difettosi.

Il motivo è che il contenuto del file del biglietto da visita elettronico non è impostato sui caratteri coreani o cinesi (CHARSET). Per risolvere il problema, modificare manualmente il contenuto del file del biglietto da visita elettronico, come indicato di seguito.

Fare clic con il tasto destro sul file del biglietto da visita elettronico (*.vcf, *.vcd) da inviare e selezionare Programma di connessione >

Seleziona programma.

Selezionare Blocco note nell’elenco dei programmi.

Modificare il file come segue.

Esempio) “N:Magic Sens” =>

“N;CHARSET=KS_C_5601:Magic Sens”

Per il coreano, aggiungere “CHARSET=KS_C_ 5601”

Per il cinese semplificato (CHS), aggiungere “CHARSET=gb2312”

Per il cinese tradizionale (CHT), aggiungere “CHARSET=Big5”

R2 Eseguire Send business card immediately (Invia biglietto da visita elettronico immediatamente) nella Rubrica di Microsoft Outlook oppure selezionare

Transmission by Outlook business card selection (Trasmissione tramite selezione del biglietto

da visita elettronico di Outlook): si potrà così trasmettere un biglietto da visita elettronico senza caratteri difettosi e senza modificare il file VCF.

DQuando la cuffia non viene trovata o il suo collegamento non riesce

R1 Se la cuffia è già collegata a un altro dispositivo, non sarà possibile trovare la cuffia né collegarsi alla stessa anche se la cuffia viene trovata. Disattivare il collegamento all’altro dispositivo, quindi riavviare al ricerca.

R2 Se la cuffia è collegata a un adattatore di alimentazione, non è possibile eseguire una connessione Bluetooth.

Disinserire l’adattatore di alimentazione, quindi riprovare.

R3 In generale, una cuffia Bluetooth presenta due modalità operative, On/Off e Pairing.

Per collegare la cuffia a un altro dispositivo Bluetooth come un PC o un telefono cellulare, la cuffia deve trovarsi in modalità Pairing.

Portare la cuffia in modalità Pairing, quindi ripetere l’operazione di ricerca.

In generale, la cuffia in modalità Pairing torna automaticamente in modalità On/Off dopo un certo periodo di tempo.
