FDer Bildschirm zeigt keine Verknüpfungssymbole an, auch wenn die Befehlstaste gedrückt wird.

ADie Verknüpfungssymbole werden nur angezeigt, wenn Easy Display Manager installiert ist.

FEs ist ein Monitor (oder Projektor) an den Computer angeschlossen, aber die Farben werden fehlerhaft angezeigt.

APrüfen Sie, ob der Monitor und der Computer ordnungsgemäß an das Signalkabel angeschlossen sind, und stellen Sie die Kabelverbindung erforderlichenfalls wieder her.

Modem

FDas Modem ist nicht zu hören.

A1 Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Telefonleitung ordnungsgemäß an das Modem angeschlossen wurde.

A2 Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Modemtreiber ordnungsgemäß installiert wurde.

Klicken Sie auf Start > Systemsteuerung >

System und Wartung > Geräte-Manager > Modem, und kontrollieren Sie, ob das Gerät mit einem gelben Ausrufezeichen gekennzeichnet ist. Die Kennzeichnung mit einem Ausrufezeichen bedeutet, dass der Modemtreiber nicht richtig installiert ist. In diesem Fall entfernen Sie die installierten Gerätetreiber, und installieren Sie ihn erneut.

Wenn das Modem nicht mit einem gelben Ausrufezeichen markiert ist, doppelklicken Sie auf das installierte Modem, und wählen Sie die Registerkarte Diagnose > Modem abfragen, um die Diagnose durchzuführen. Wenn auf diesen Befehl hin keine Reaktion eintritt, ist das Modem offenbar gestört.

Starten Sie in diesem Fall das System neu, oder installieren Sie den Modemtreiber neu und führen Sie dann noch einmal eine Modemdiagnose durch.
