Allgemeines

Die europäischen Normen schreiben eine maximale Sendeleistung von 100 mW EIRP (Effective Isotropic RadiatedPower) sowie einen Frequenzbereich von 2.400

– 2.483,5 MHz vor.

Belgien

Das Gerät darf im Freien verwendet werden, jedoch ist für Übertragungen im Freien über eine Entfernung von 300 m oder mehr eine Lizenz der belgischen Regulierungsbehörde BIPT erforderlich.

Diese Einschränkung muss im Handbuch wie folgt angegeben werden:

Dans le cas d’une utilisation privée, à l’extérieur d’un bâtiment, au-dessus d’un espace public, aucun enregistrement n’est nécessaire pour une distance de moins de 300m. Pour une distance supérieure à 300m un enregistrement auprès de l’IBPT est requise. Pour une utilisation publique à l’extérieur de bâtiments, une licence de l’IBPT est requise. Pour les enregistrements et licences, veuillez contacter l’IBPT.

Frankreich

Mutterland (ohne Überseegebiete):

2,400 – 2,4835 GHz bei Einsatz in geschlossenen Räumen.

2.400 – 2.454 GHz (Kanäle 1 bis 7) bei Verwendung im Freien.

Für Guadeloupe, Martinique, St Pierre und Miquelon, Mayotte:

2,400 – 2,4835 GHz bei Einsatz innerhalb und außerhalb von geschlossenen Räumen.

Für Reunion, Guyana:

2,400 – 2,4835 GHz bei Einsatz in geschlossenen Räumen.

2,400 – 2,4545 GHz (Kanäle 5 bis 13) bei Verwendung im Freien.

Europäische Telekommunikationsinf ormationen (für Produkte, die mit EU- genehmigten Modems ausgestattet sind)

Die Markierung mit dem Symbol bestätigt, dass dieses System der Endgeräterichtlinie 1999/5/ EC für Funk- und Telekommunikationseinrichtungen entspricht. Sie besagt, dass das Gerät die folgenden technischen Standards mindestens erfüllt: CTR 21 – Voraussetzungen für die europaweite Genehmigung zum Anschluss

von Endeinrichtungen (ohne Endeinrichtungen für Sprachtelefonie) an das öffentliche Telefonnetz (PSTN) mit Netzwerkadressierung mittels DTMF-Signal (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency).

Obwohl dieses Gerät für Impuls-Signalisierung und DTMF geeignet ist, unterliegt nur die DTMFSignalisierung der Regulierung, um ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb zu gewährleisten. Es wird deshalb dringend empfohlen, das Gerät auf DTMF-Signalisierung einzustellen, um den Zugang zu öffentlichen oder privaten Notfalldiensten zu ermöglichen. DTMF-Signalisierung ermöglicht zudem schnelleren Verbindungsaufbau.

Diese Ausrüstung wurde gemäß Beschluss 98/482/ EEC – “CTR 21” des Rates für den europaweiten Einzelgeräteanschluss an das öffentlichen Telefonnetz genehmigt.

Wegen gewisser Unterschiede zwischen den verschiedenen öffentlichen Netzen in den unterschiedlichen Ländern, beinhaltet diese Genehmigung aus sich selbst heraus keine bedingungslose Zusicherung, dass das Gerät an jedem Anschlusspunkt zu öffentlichenNetz erfolgreich eingesetzt werden kann.
