Getting started

1 To open the Charms, do one of the following:

•Touch screen: Swipe inward from the right edge of the touch screen.

•Touchpad/Mouse: Move the cursor to the upper- or lower- right edge of the screen.

2 Select the Settings charm → Power → Shut down.

•Save all the data before turning off the computer.

•Since the procedures to turn the computer off may differ depending on the installed operating system, please turn the computer off according to the procedures for the purchased operating system.
