Ausbau/Einbau eines Flex-Bay-Geräts – bei eingeschaltetem Computer

Mit Hilfe des Dienstprogramms Softex Bay Manager können Sie die im Flex-Bay eingebauten Geräte bei eingeschaltetem Computer auswechseln.

So starten Sie das Dienstprogramm Softex Bay Manager:

1.Klicken Sie auf Start > Systemsteuerung > Weitere Systemsteuerungoptionen > Softex Bay Manager.

2.Doppelklicken Sie in der Windows-Taskleiste auf das Symbol SwapBay.

So bauen Sie ein Gerät aus:

1.Starten Sie das Dienstprogramm Softex Bay Manager.

Sie müssen den Computer zum Auswechseln von Geräten nicht umdrehen oder kippen. Heben Sie ihn einfach vorne ca. 10 cm an, um an die. Die Position der Flex-Bay-Verriegelung ist in der nachfolgenden Abbildung angegeben. Der Computer in der Abbildung ist zur besseren Veranschaulichung hochkant dargestellt.

2.Klicken Sie auf Remove / Swap. In einem Popup-Fenster für den Geräteaustausch werden Sie aufgefordert, zu warten, bis das System mit der Verarbeitung des Geräteaustauschs beginnt. In einem weiteren Popup-Fenster werden Sie aufgefordert, das Gerät im Schacht jetzt auszuwechseln und auf OK zu klicken.
