Problem sa zvukom

Videozapis se prikazuje, ali nema zvuka.

Ako je priključen HDMI kabel, provjerite postavke audioizlaza na računalu.

Korištenje uređaja koji je izvor signala

•• Provjerite je li audiokabel ispravno priključen u audioulaz proizvoda.

•• Provjerite postavke audioizlaza uređaja koji je izvor signala

(ako je, primjerice, HDMI kabel povezan s monitorom, možda će biti potrebno promijeniti audiopostavke dekodera kabelskog signala na HDMI).

Ako se koristi DVI-HDMI kabel, potreban je zaseban audiokabel.

Ako proizvod ima priključak za slušalice s mikrofonom, provjerite da u njega nije ništa priključeno.

Ponovno priključite kabel napajanja u uređaj, a zatim uređaj ponovno pokrenite.

Iz zvučnika dopire šum i smetnje.

Provjerite je li kabel ispravno priključen. Provjerite da videokabel nije priključen u audioulaz.

Provjerite jakost signala nakon priključivanja kabela.

Slab signal može uzrokovati probleme sa zvukom.

Zvuk je isključen, no i dalje se čuje.

Postavke zvuka glavnih zvučnika odvojene su od postavki internih zvučnika proizvoda. Promjena glasnoće ili isključivanje zvuka proizvoda ne utječe na vanjsko pojačalo (dekoder).

Daljinski upravljač ne funkcionira.
