Connecting to an AV Device

Using an HDM! cable or HDM! to DV! Cable: HD connection (up to 1D8Dp)

We recommend using the HOMI connection for the best quality HO picture.

Available devices: OVO player, Blu-ray player, HO cable box, HO satellite receiver (STB).

• When using an HOMIIOVI cable connection, you must use the HDMIIN 1 (DVI) jack for video. A OVO player, Blu- ray player, HO cable box, HO STB satellite receiver, cable box, or STB satellite receiver may require a OVI-HOMI (OVI to HOM!) cable or OVI-HOMI (OVI to HOMI) adapter. You must use the PC/DVI AUDIO IN jack for audio.

• The picture may not display normally (if at all) or the audio may not work if you connect an external device that uses an older version of HOMI mode to the TV If such a problem occurs, ask the manufacturer of the external device about the HOMI version and, if out of date, request an upgrade.
