Paper jams while the machine is printing

By carefully selecting paper type and loading paper properly, you should

be able to avoid most paper jams. If a paper jam occurs, an error message

appears in the display. Follow the steps below to clear the jam. To avoid

tearing the paper, pull the jammed paper out gently and slowly.

If jammed in the paper feed area (JAM 0)

1. Remove the recording paper cassette as shown below.

2. Carefully pull out the jammed paper.

3. Replace the recording paper cassette.

Paper jam in lower cassette

1. Pull the upper paper cassette half way put of machine.
