•να παρακάμψετε οποιονδήποτε τεχνικό προορισμό στο λογισμικό,

•να προβείτε σε αποσυμπίληση, αντίστροφη μηχανολογική σχεδίαση ή αποσυναρμολόγηση του λογισμικού,

•να δημιουργήσετε περισσότερα αντίγραφα του λογισμικού πέραν όσων καθορίζονται στη συμφωνία,

•να δημοσιεύσετε το λογισμικό σε άλλους για να το αντιγράψουν,

•να μισθώσετε, εκμισθώσετε ή δανείσετε το λογισμικό, ή

•να χρησιμοποιήσετε το λογισμικό για εμπορικές υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας λογισμικού.

Εκτός όσων ρητώς προβλέπονται στην παρούσα συμφωνία, τα δικαιώματα πρόσβασης στο λογισμικό σε αυτήν τη συσκευή δεν σας παρέχουν το δικαίωμα εφαρμογής ευρεσιτεχνιών της Microsoft ή

άλλης πνευματικής περιουσίας της Microsoft σε λογισμικό ή συσκευές που έχουν πρόσβαση σε αυτή τη συσκευή.

Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τεχνολογίες απομακρυσμένης πρόσβασης στο λογισμικό, όπως Remote Desktop Mobile, για απομακρυσμένη πρόσβαση στο λογισμικό από υπολογιστή ή διακομιστή. Είστε υπεύθυνος για την απόκτηση των απαιτούμενων αδειών για τη χρήση των πρωτοκόλλων για πρόσβαση σε άλλο λογισμικό.
