LICENSAVTAL FÖR PROGRAMVARAN WINDOWS MOBILE 6

i. Detta avtal ger dig inga rättigheter till Windows Mobile Device Center, Microsoft ActiveSync eller Microsoft Outlook 2007 Trial, för vilka särskilda licensavtal gäller.

c. Röstigenkänning. Om programmet innehåller komponenter för röstigenkänning accepterar du att röstigenkänning är en statistisk metod och att igenkänningsfel kan förekomma i processen. Varken Företaget eller Microsoft eller deras leverantörer kan hållas ansvariga för eventuella skador som orsakas av fel i röstigenkänningsprocessen.

d. Telefonfunktioner. Om programvaran i telefonen innehåller telefonfunktioner kan programvaran bli helt eller delvis oanvändbar om du inte har ett tjänstekonto hos en operatör för

trådlös telefoni (Mobiloperatör) eller om Mobiloperatörens nät inte fungerar med eller inte har konfigurerats så att det ska fungera med telefonen.

3.LICENSAVTALETS OMFATTNING.Programvaran licenseras endast och säljs inte. Detta avtal ger dig endast vissa rättigheter att använda programvaran. Företaget och Microsoft förbehåller sig alla övriga rättigheter. Såvida inte tillämplig lag ger dig rättigheter utöver denna begränsning får du endast använda programvaran enligt uttryckligt tillstånd i detta avtal. När du använder programvaran accepterar du samtidigt sådana tekniska begränsningar i programvaran som gör att du endast kan använda den på ett visst sätt. Du får inte:
