•publicera programvaran för att andra ska kopiera den,

•hyra, leasa eller låna ut programvaran, eller

•erbjuda kommersiell upplåtelse av programvaran.

Utöver vad som uttryckligen anges i detta avtal innebär inte dina rättigheter att använda programvaran på den här telefonen att du har rätt att överföra immateriell egendom som skyddas av patent eller på annat sätt tillhör Microsoft till programvara eller enheter som ges tillgång till telefonen.

Du får använda fjärraccesstekniker i programvaran, t ex Remote Desktop Mobile, för att få tillgång till programvaran från en dator eller server. Om licens krävs för protokoll som behövs för att få tillgång till andra program ansvarar du för att sådana licenser inhämtas.

4.INTERNET-BASERADE TJÄNSTER. Microsoft tillhandahåller Internet- baserade tjänster i samband med denna programvara. Microsoft får när som helst ändra eller sluta att tillhandahålla dessa tjänster.
