Al ejecutar esta aplicación por primera vez, lea y acepte los términos y condiciones, y después configure un perfil de usuario.

Lea la información de la pantalla acerca de la aplicación, y pulse Siguiente.

Lea y acepte los términos y condiciones, y después pulse Siguiente.

Inicie sesión en su Samsung account. También podrá pulsar Omitir para omitir este procedimiento.

Introduzca un nombre de usuario y la fecha de nacimiento, seleccione un género, y después pulse Siguiente.

Para impedir que otros usuarios de S Health vean su perfil, seleccione Ocultar información de mi perfil a otros usuarios de S Health.

Introduzca sus estadísticas físicas y pulse Siguiente.

Seleccione un nivel de actividad y pulse Siguiente.

Cuando termine de configurar el perfil, aparecerán los datos que introdujo.

•Según sus estadísticas físicas, el dispositivo calculará su rango metabólico basal (RMB) y recomendará un consumo diario de calorías. La recomendación podría no ser precisa para todas las edades, tipos de cuerpo y necesidades nutricionales.

•La estimación de S Health respecto a las calorías quemadas puede no coincidir con las calorías realmente quemadas, debido a factores como las especificaciones del dispositivo, el entorno, el estado de salud, el tipo de ejercicio, etc. Samsung no garantiza la exactitud de esta estimación de calorías quemadas, y le recomienda que use esta información únicamente con fines recreativos.

8 Compruebe los datos de su perfil y pulse Iniciar. Aparecerá la pantalla principal de S Health.
