Tālrunis var neatpazīt jūsu acu varavīksnenes vai seju, ja:

•kaut kas aizsedz jūsu seju vai acis attēla atpazīšanai (piemēram, brilles, kontaktlēcas, cepure, nolaisti acu plakstiņi, nesena acu ķirurģija, slimība, netīrumi, kameras bojājumi vai pārmērīga kustība).
