POLARIS Office 5

Используйте это приложение для редактирования документов в различных форматах, включая электронные таблицы и презентации.

Выберите пункт POLARIS Office 5 на экране приложений.

Некоторые функции могут быть недоступны. Это зависит от типа файла.

Просмотр недавно использованных документов.

Поиск по папкам.

Поиск по форматам документов.

Создать документ.

Общий доступ к документам для других пользователей.

Просмотреть избранные документы.

Создание документов

Коснитесь значка и выберите тип документа.

Редактировать документ можно с помощью панели редактирования, расположенной в верхней области экрана.

Для завершения нажмите значок документа в верхнем левом углу экрана, выберите пункт Сохран., введите имя файла, выберите папку для сохранения и нажмите кнопку Save.

Чтобы сохранить документ в формате PDF, нажмите на значок документа в верхнем левом углу экрана, выберите пункт Экспорт PDF, введите имя файла и нажмите Экспорт.

Врежиме редактирования документов коснитесь значка и воспользуйтесь одной из приведенных ниже функций:

•Перейти в режим просмотра: предпросмотр документа.

•Примечание к слайду: редактирование заметок на слайдах.

•Найти / Заменить: выполнить поиск или заменить текст.

•Разметка страницы: изменить оформление страниц.
