Podrá ver datos sobre el ejercicio, como las calorías quemadas y la velocidad actual, al deslizar el dedo por la pantalla hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha.

Cuando nade, podrá consultar información adicional sobre el ejercicio, como la brazada y el ritmo anteriores.

•Cuando realice ejercicio intenso, deje de hacerlo durante un breve periodo de tiempo para que su frecuencia cardiaca pueda medirse de un modo más preciso.

•Cuando seleccione Natación, se activará automáticamente el modo Bloqueo de agua y la pantalla táctil se deshabilitará. La pantalla cambiará automáticamente y podrá consultar la información sobre el ejercicio.

•Cuando seleccione Natación, es posible que el valor registrado no sea preciso en los siguientes casos:

–– Si deja de nadar antes de llegar al final de la calle

–– Si cambia de brazada a mitad de recorrido

–– Si no mueve los brazos o nada sin mover los brazos antes de llegar al final de la calle

–– Si no pausa o reinicia el ejercicio pulsando la tecla Atrás, sino que lo finaliza pulsando la tecla Atrás y FINALIZAR

Para pausar o reiniciar el ejercicio, pulse la tecla Atrás.

Para finalizar el ejercicio, pulse FINALIZAR → después de pausarlo.

Para dejar de nadar, mantenga pulsado el botón Encendido para desactivar el modo Bloqueo de agua y después pulse FINALIZAR →.

Para ver datos sobre su ejercicio, deslice el dedo hacia arriba o hacia abajo en la pantalla una vez finalizado el ejercicio.

La música seguirá reproduciéndose aunque termine de hacer ejercicio. Para detenerla, párela antes de finalizar el ejercicio o abra (Música).
