Administración de dispositivos y datos

Conectar el dispositivo a un ordenador para transferir datos

Transfiera archivos de audio, vídeo, imagen o de otro tipo del dispositivo al ordenador y viceversa.

No desconecte el cable USB del dispositivo mientras se transfieren los archivos. Si lo hace, podría causar la pérdida de datos o estropear el dispositivo.

Es posible que los dispositivos no se conecten correctamente si están conectados mediante un hub USB. Conecte el dispositivo directamente al puerto USB del ordenador.

Conecte el dispositivo al ordenador con un cable USB.

Abra el panel de notificaciones y, a continuación, pulse Conectado como dispositivo multimedia →Transferir archivos multimedia.

Si el ordenador no reconoce su dispositivo, pulse Transferir imágenes.

Pulse PERMITIR para permitir que el ordenador acceda a los datos de su dispositivo. Cuando el ordenador reconozca su dispositivo, el dispositivo aparecerá en Mi PC.

4 Transfiera archivos entre el dispositivo y el ordenador.

Actualizar el dispositivo

Podrá actualizar el dispositivo con el software más reciente.

Actualizar mediante el servicio Firmware over-the-air

Podrá actualizar el dispositivo con la versión del software más reciente mediante el servicio de Firmware over-the-air (FOTA).

En la pantalla Aplicaciones, pulse Ajustes →Acerca del dispositivo →Descarga manual.
