I tilfælde af at du har brug for videokameraet i længere tid, kan du med følgende funktioner forhindre unødigt energiforbrug og bevare videokameraets hurtige reaktion fra de strømbesparende tilstande.

I tilstanden STBY:

• Videokameraet skifter selv til tilstanden "Quick On STBY (Hurtig til STBY)" , når LCD-skærmen lukkes. ➥side 92

I afspilningstilstand (inkluderer miniatureoversigten):

•Videokameraet skifter dvaletilstand, når LCD-skærmen er lukket, og derefter slukkes videokameraet, hvis det ikke bruges i mere end 20 minutter. Men hvis du har valgt “Auto Power Off: 5 Min (Automatisk slukn.: 5Min)”, slukkes kameraet efter 5 minutter.

•Hvis du åbner LCD-skærmen eller tilslutter videokablet til videokameraet, mens det er i dvaletilstand, hører dvaletilstanden op, og videokameraet vender tilbage til den sidst anvendte betjeningstilstand.

•Strømbesparelsestilstanden forbruger ca. 50% af batteriets strøm sammenlignet med standbytilstanden. Hvis du planlægger at bruge videokameraet i den maksimale tidsperiode, anbefales det dog, at du slukker for videokameraet ved at trykke på knappen Power (), mens det ikke er i brug.
