•• Kontrolloni nëse treguesi i energjisë në televizor pulson kur shtypni butonin e ndezjes në telekomandë. Nëse nuk pulson, ndërroni bateritë e telekomandës.

•• Sigurohuni që bateritë janë vendosur me polet (+/–) në pozicionet e duhura.

•• Përpiquni ta drejtoni telekomandën nga televizori në largësi 1,5-1,8 m.

•• Nëse televizori vjen me Telekomanda inteligjente "Samsung" (telekomandë me "Bluetooth"), sigurohuni që ta çiftoni me televizorin.

Telekomanda e marrësit/dekoduesit nuk ndez apo fik televizorin dhe nuk rregullon volumin.

•• Programoni telekomandën e marrësit kabllor/satelitor që të komandojë televizorin. Drejtojuni manualit të përdorimit të marrësit kabllor/satelitor për kodin e televizorit SAMSUNG.

Cilësimet e televizorit humbin pas 5 minutash.

•• Televizori është në Modaliteti për dyqan me pakicë. Ndryshoni Modaliteti për përdorim në menynë Të

përgjithshme Menu në Regjimi në shtëpi (

> Cilësimet > Të përgjithshme > Administrimi i sistemit >

Modaliteti për përdorim > Regjimi në shtëpi).

 

"Wi-Fi" me ndërprerje

•• Sigurohuni që televizori të ketë lidhje me rrjetin ( > Cilësimet > Të përgjithshme > Rrjeti > Statusi i rrjetit).

•• Sigurohuni që fjalëkalimi i "Wi-Fi" të jetë dhënë saktë.

•• Kontrolloni largësinë midis televizorit dhe modemit/rrugëzuesit. Largësia nuk duhet të jetë mbi 15,2 m.

•• Ulni interferencën duke mos përdorur ose duke fikur pajisjet me valë. Gjithashtu, verifikoni që nuk ka pengesa midis televizorit dhe modemit/rrugëzuesit. (Fuqia e sinjalit "Wi-Fi" mund të ulet nga pajisjet, telefonat me valë, muret prej guri/oxhaqet etj.)
