Daljinski upravljalnik ne deluje.

•• Preverite, ali indikator napajanja na televizorju utripa, ko pritisnete gumb za vklop/izklop na daljinskem upravljalniku. Če indikator ne utripa, zamenjajte baterije daljinskega upravljalnika.

•• Prepričajte se, da sta bateriji nameščeni tako, da so poli (+/–) obrnjeni v pravo smer.

•• Daljinski upravljalnik usmerite neposredno proti televizorju z razdalje od 1,5 do 1,8 metra.

•• Če je televizorju priložen upravljalnik Pametni daljinski upravljalnik Samsung (daljinski upravljalnik s funkcijo Bluetooth), ga morate seznaniti s televizorjem.

Z daljinskim upravljalnikom kabelskega sprejemnika ali sprejemnika STB ni mogoče vklopiti ali izklopiti televizorja ali prilagoditi glasnosti.

•• Preverite razdaljo med televizorjem in modemom/usmerjevalnikom. Razdalja ne sme biti večja od 15,2 m.

•• Motnje lahko zmanjšate tako, da ne uporabljate brezžičnih naprav ali jih izklopite. Preverite, da med televizorjem in modemom/usmerjevalnikom ni ovir. (Aparati, brezžični telefoni, kamnite stene/kamini itd. lahko oslabijo povezavo Wi-Fi.)
