Brugere kan registrere deres ansigter og logge på deres Smart Hub-konti med Ansigtsgenkendelse. Der kan registreres ét ansigt pr. konto. Afhængigt af den omgivende lysstyrke og brugerens hudtone, kan TV'et have besvær med at genkende brugerens ansigt. Se "Samsung-konto" for flere informationer.

Driftsmiljø

Brugeren bør befinde sig mellem 1,5 m og 4 m fra kameraet. Det virkelige genkendelsesområde kan variere afhængigt af kameraets vinkel og andre faktorer. Det passende omgivende lys er 50 til 500 lux. (100 lux: badeværelse, 400 lux: opholdsstue)

Ansigtsgenkendelse kan genkende op til 5 forskellige brugere ad gangen.

TV'et kan have problemer med at genkende tvillinger og personer med ensartede ansigter som to forskellige enkeltpersoner.

Bemærk følgende, når du bruger Ansigtsgenkendelse.

●● Dæk ikke dit ansigt med en hat, solbriller eller dit hår.

●● Hele brugerens ansigt skal være synligt for kameraet. Undgå skygger på ansigtet. Skygger forhindrer kameraet i at genkende dit ansigt nøjagtigt.

●● Hold dit ansigtsudtryk så neutralt som muligt. Herudover skal du holde munden lukket og alligevel på samme tid være så neutral som muligt.

●● Dit ansigtsudtryk, når du logger på din Samsung-konto, skal være det samme som ansigtsudtrykket ved registreringsprocessen.
