•• Tarkista, vilkkuuko television virtailmaisin, kun painat kaukosäätimen käynnistyspainiketta. Jos se ei vilku, vaihda kaukosäätimen paristot.

•• Varmista, että paristot on asetettu niin, että niiden napaisuudet (+/–) ovat oikein.

•• Suuntaa kaukosäädin 1,5–1,8 metrin etäisyydeltä suoraan televisioon.

•• Jos television mukana tuli Samsung Smart Remote (Bluetooth-kaukosäädin), muista muodostaa pari sen ja television välille.

Kaapeli- tai digisovittimen kaukosäädin ei käynnistä tai sammuta televisiota eikä säädä äänenvoimakkuutta.

•• Ohjelmoi kaapeli- tai digisovittimen kaukosäädin niin, että sillä voi hallita televisiota. Tarkista SAMSUNGin television koodi kaapeli- tai digisovittimen käyttöoppaasta.

•• Varmista, että televisio on verkkoyhteydessä ( > Asetukset > Yleiset > Verkko > Verkon tila).

•• Varmista, että Wi-Fi-salasana on annettu oikein.

•• Tarkista television ja modeemin/reitittimen välinen etäisyys. Etäisyys ei saisi olla yli 15,2 m.

•• Vähennä häiriöitä välttämällä langattomien laitteiden käyttöä tai sammuttamalla ne. Varmista myös, ettei television ja modeemin/reitittimen välillä ole esteitä. (Laitteet, langattomat puhelimet, kiviseinät/takat jne. voivat heikentää Wi-Fi-signaalia.)
