Resolução de problemas

Se o televisor aparentar ter um problema, consulte primeiro esta lista de possíveis problemas e soluções. Em alternativa reveja a secção de resolução de problemas do e-Manual. Se nenhuma destas sugestões de resolução de problemas se aplicar, visite o site "www.samsung.com" e clique em Suporte ou contacte o centro de atendimento listado na contracapa deste manual.

•• Este LED TFT é um painel composto por pixels secundários cuja produção requer tecnologia sofisticada. No entanto, podem existir alguns pixels brilhantes ou escuros no ecrã. Estes pixels não afectam o desempenho do produto.

•• Para maximizar o desempenho do televisor, actualize-o com o software mais recente. Use as funções Atualizar Agora ou Actualização Autom. no menu do televisor ( > Definições > Assistência > Actualização do Software > Atualizar Agora ou Actualização Autom.).

O televisor não liga.

•• Certifique-se de que o cabo de alimentação de CA está ligado correctamente ao televisor e à tomada.

•• Certifique-se de que a tomada da parede está a funcionar e de que o indicador de potência no televisor está aceso e com a cor vermelha.

•• Experimente premir o botão ligar/desligar no televisor, para se certificar de que o problema não é do telecomando. Se o televisor ligar, consulte a secção "O telecomando não funciona" abaixo.

Não há imagem/vídeo/som, ou uma imagem/vídeo/som distorcido é emitido partir de um dispositivo externo, ou a mensagem “Fraco ou Sem Sinal” é apresentada no televisor, ou não é possível encontrar um canal.

•• Certifique-se de que a ligação ao dispositivo está correcta e de que todos os cabos estão bem ligados.

•• Desligue e ligue novamente todos os cabos ligados ao televisor e aos dispositivos externos. Experimente cabos

novos se possível.

 

•• Confirme se foi seleccionada a fonte de entrada correcta (

> Fonte).

•• Efectue um autodiagnóstico do televisor para determinar se o problema é provocado pelo televisor ou pelo

dispositivo ( > Definições > Assistência > Auto-diagnóstico > Iniciar Teste de Imagem ou Iniciar Teste de Som).

•• Se os resultados do teste forem normais, reinicie os dispositivos ligados, desligando o cabo de alimentação de cada dispositivo e, depois, ligando-o novamente. Se o problema persistir, consulte o guia de ligação no manual do utilizador do dispositivo ligado.

•• Se o televisor não estiver ligado a uma caixa de televisão por cabo ou a uma caixa de satélite, execute a opção

Sintonização automática para procurar canais ( > Definições > Transmissão > Definições de Sintonização Automática > Sintonização automática).
