O adaptador de LAN sem fios da Samsung suporta os protocolos de comunicação IEEE 802.11a/b/g e n. A Samsung recomenda a utilização do protocolo IEEE 802.11n. Se reproduzir um vídeo com uma ligação IEEE 802.11b/g, o vídeo pode não ser reproduzido normalmente.

A maioria dos sistemas de rede sem fios incorpora um sistema de segurança que requer que os dispositivos que acedem à rede através de um ponto de acesso ou router sem fios (normalmente, um router IP sem fios) transmitam um código de segurança codificado a que se chama uma chave de acesso.

Se tiver seleccionado o modo Pure High-throughput (Greenfield) 802.11n e o tipo de codificação estiver definido para WEP, TKIP ou TKIP AES (WPS2Mixed) para o seu router sem fios, os televisores Samsung não suportam uma ligação que esteja em conformidade com as novas especificações de certificação Wi-Fi.
