Smart Check

Um diese Funktion aktivieren und verwenden zu können, müssen Sie zunächst im Play Store oder App Store die Samsung Smart Washer-App herunterladen und auf einem Mobilgerät mit integrierter Kamera installieren.

Die Smart Check-Funktion wurde für Galaxy-Geräte und iPhones (nur bestimmte Modelle) optimiert.

1.Wenn die Waschmaschine ein Problem erkennt, das überprüft werden muss, wechselt sie nach dem Einschalten in den Smart Check-Modus.

2.Die Waschmaschine führt im Hintergrund eine Selbstdiagnose durch, und zeigt bei Ermittlung eines Fehlers den entsprechenden Informationscode auf dem Display an.

3.Starten Sie die Samsung Smart Washer-App auf Ihrem Mobilgerät, und tippen Sie auf Smart Check.

4.Halten Sie das Mobilgerät dicht vor die Waschmaschine, sodass sich die beiden Displays gegenüber liegen. Daraufhin wird der Informationscode von der App erkannt.

5.Wenn der Informationscode korrekt erkannt wird, zeigt die App detaillierte Informationen zum Problem und mögliche Abhilfemaßnahmen an.

HINWEIS

•Der Name der Funktion Smart Check kann je nach Sprache unterschiedlich sein.

•Wenn es auf dem Display der Waschmaschine zu starken Lichtreflexionen kommt, kann die App den Fehlercode möglicherweise nicht erkennen.

•Wenn der Smart Check-Code von der App wiederholt nicht erkannt wird, geben Sie ihn manuell in der App ein.
