Problem Solution

I cannot

download files to

my player.

•Check if the USB plug is correctly

connected. Reconnect it.

•Check if the memory is full.

•Press and hold the Power button for about

8-10 seconds to reset your player.

Files or data are

missing.

Check if you disconnected the USB plug while

transferring files or data. This can cause data

loss or fatal errors in your player. Samsung is

not responsible for any damages resulting from

data loss.

The playing time

does not display

correctly during

playback.

This is normal if the currently playing file is in the

VBR (Variable Bit Rate) format.

The file name

does not display

correctly.

Change the language setting in <Settings> →

<Language> → <Contents>.

My player is

getting hot to the

touch.

Charging the battery can heat up your player. It

does not affect the player's life or capabilities.
