BACK............REVERSE

￿If you press and hold the FWD button while playing, it will scan the current track forward at high speed.

￿If you press and hold the BACK button while playing, it will scan the current track backward at high speed.

ELECTRONIC SKIP PROTECTION SYSTEM

T h e d i g i t a l E L E C T R O N I C - S K I P PROTECTION function uses semiconductor memory to prevent the sound from skipping when the unit is subjected to shocks and vibration during play.

￿When the unit is subjected to a shock during play, the data stored in memory continues to be decoded and played. This gives the pickup time to stabilize and continue reading new

data. As the data is read from memory the indicator changes to

"FORWARD/REVERSE SEARCH ".

￿Once the pickup returns to its original position, new data is stored in memory and the display changes back to the

"ELECTRONIC SKIP PROTECTION SYSTEM " mark.

Once all adjustments/selections are finished, slide the HOLD SWITCH to the

ON position, " " appears on the display.

OFF HOLD ON

This deactivates all buttons' functions and

eliminates the possibility of accidentally

pressing buttons. Slide the HOLD SWITCH

to the OFF position to unlock all buttons,

"

" disappears.

" AUTO POWER ON FUNCTION " mark, indicating that the data buffer is full.

NOTE: The ESP function will start automatically as soon as the player begins to play the disc and is always on.
