Making a SprintPCS Ready Link Callby Using ASR

You can place a SprintPCS Ready Link call by using automatic

speech recognition from your SprintPCS Ready Link List. To

make a SprintPCS Ready Link Call, your phone’s SprintPCS

Ready Link mode mustbe setto Enable (see “Setting

SprintPCS Ready Link Mode”on page 230for details).

To make a SprintPCS Ready Link Call:

1. Press to activate the Command menu.

2. Say “Ready Link.”(The Command menu of your

SprintPCS Ready Link Listwill display.)

3. Choose from one of the following options:

Contactto place a SprintPCS Ready Link call from the

Personal List.

Groupto place a SprintPCS Ready Link call from the

Personal Groups.

Company Contactto place a SprintPCS Ready Link

call from the Company List(if applicable).

Company Groupto place a SprintPCS Ready Link call

from the Company Group List(if applicable).

Dial Numberto place a SprintPCS Ready Link call by

speaking a number.

Phone Statusto notify you of your phone number

and the signal strength.

Helpto activate the Automatic Speech Recognition

instruction for Ready Link calls.
