SprintPCS Vision FAQs

How will I know when my phone is ready for SprintPCS Vision

service?

Your User name (for example, bsmith001@sprint.com) will

display in the Phone#/UserID menu.

Go to Settings> Phone Info> Phone#/User ID.

How do I sign-in for the firsttime?

You are automatically signed in to access SprintPCS Vision

services when you turn on your phone.

How do I know when my phone is connected to SprintPCS Vision

services?

Your phone automatically connects when SprintPCSVision

service is used or an incoming message arrives. Your phone

will also display the icon. When you enter a SprintPower

Vision service area, your phone will display the icon.

(Connecting takes about10-12 seconds.)

Can I make calls and use data services atthe same time?

You cannotuse voice and SprintPCS Vision services

simultaneously. If you receive a call while SprintPCS Vision or

SprintPower Vision service is active, the call will be forwarded

to voicemail. You can place an outgoing call anytime, butit

will interruptany in-progress data session.
