Getting Started With SprintPCS Ready Link

SprintPCS Ready Link allows you to enjoy quick, two-way,

“walkie-talkie-style”communication with your friends,

family, and co-workers. You can make one-to-one or one-to-

many calls (up to five others on the same call) to any other

SprintPCS Ready Link user, anywhere on the nationwide

SprintPCS network. You can make and receive SprintPCS

Ready Link calls when your phone displays the Ready Link icon.

Setting SprintPCS Ready Link Mode

To enable or disable SprintPCS Ready Link mode:

1. Press to access the main menu.

2. SelectSettings.

3. SelectReady Link().

4. SelectEnable/Disable ().

5. SelectEnable. (The defaultis Disable.)

Enable:Lets you make or receive SprintPCS Ready

Link calls any time your phone is notin use.

Disable:Disables your phone’s SprintPCS Ready Link

service; you will notbe able to make or receive

SprintPCS Ready Link calls or access your Ready Link

contacts.

Tip:If you haven’tsigned up for the SprintPCS Ready Link service and

SprintPCS Ready Link mode is setto Disable, or the SprintPCS Ready Link

service is locked, you can use the Ready Link/Recorder Button as a Voice

Recorder button in standby mode.
