Recording Videos

In addition to taking pictures, you can also record, view, and send videos to your friends and family with your phone’s built-in video camera.

To record a video:

1.Press to access the main menu.

2.Select Pictures.

3.Select Camcorder to activate video mode. (Additional video options are available through the video mode Options menu. See “Video Mode Options” on page 131 for more information.)

4.Using the phone’s main LCD as a viewfinder, aim the camera lens at your subject.

5.Press Record (left softkey), ,, or the side camera/voice memo key to begin recording.

6.Press , Stop (right softkey), or the side camera/voice memo key to stop recording. (The video will automatically be saved

in the In Phone folder.)

7.Press Next (right softkey) for more options:

Take New Video to return to video mode to take another video.

Play to play the video you just took.

Send to Contacts to send your video. (See page 138 for details.)

Post to Services to access the available services. Select Update to display the latest services.

Upload to upload the video you just took to the online picture/video messaging web site.

Review Media to access the In Phone folder to review your saved videos.

Delete to delete the video you just took.

Set as to assign the video. Select your desired option.

Details/Edit to edit or display your video’s details.
