CUTTER DECK ADJUSTMENTS

Dueto themanyconditionsthatexist, itis difficultto suggest a setting that will work for every lawn. There are, however, two adjustments that should be made on the cutter deck: pitch and height.

PITCH is the angle of the blades (comparing front to rear).

HEIGHT is the nominal distance that the blade is off the ground. This measurement is made with the blades pointed side to side and distance is measured betweencuttingtipandground.
