2. Recalling a PHRASE File

Hold down the Code Key and press the "6" Key. "NAME
OF FILE?" appears on the LCD. Type the filename and
press the Return Key.
"NOT FOUND PRESS ,_1,, appears on the LCD if you
have entered a filename that is not stored in the memory.
Press the Return Key and retype the file name.
A "V" appears on the LCD above "RECALL", and the
Carder will start printing from its present position, accord-
ing to the margins which are currently set.
To temporarily stop printout, press the Return Key.
"PAUSE PRESS ,J" appears on the LCD. Restart printing
by pressing the Return Key again.
You can cancel the Recall function at any time after start-
ing a printout by pressing the Space Bar. "END OF FILE
RECALU' appears on the LCD when recall has been can-
celed.
3. Recalling a FORMAT File
1)

Hold down the Code Key and press the "6" Key. "NAME
OF FILE?" appears on the LCD. Type the file name and
press thef Retum Key.
"NOT FOUND PRESS <__1,,appears on the LCD if you
• have er_tered a file name that is not stored in the memory.
Press the Retum Key and retype the file name.
2) A "!'" appears on the LCD above "RECALL". While "RE-
CALLING FORMAT" appears on the LCD, the margin/tab
format set on the typewriter will be automatically changed
to the recalled one, and then "END OF FILE RECALL"
appears on the LCD.
®The printing stops at any stop code in the file and "STOP
CODE", "DEC. TAB STOP" or "AUTO CENTER STOP"
appears on the LCD. Enter desired text and restart print-
out by holding down the Code Key and pressing the "6"
Key. (Refer to "Stop Code".)
