...you hear acoustic signals or warning signals?

Acoustic signal			Meaning
	2 ascending		The microphones have just
	beeps		been switched on.
	2 descending		The microphones have just
	beeps		been switched off.
	1 acknowledge-		The channel search button
	ment beep		has been pressed once briefly.
			The channel search button
			has been pressed for 6 secs.
	1–3 short beeps		The receiver is set to
			channel 1, 2 or 3.
Warning signal			Meaning
		6 short	The receiver does not receive
		beeps	any signal from the trans-
			mitter:
			y Transmitter and receiver
			are too distant.
			The receiver switches off
			after 3 minutes.
			y The transmitter is
			switched off.

2 long	The rechargeable battery is
beeps	almost flat.
	To switch the acoustic signals on
	and off:
7	￿ Press the channel search
	button 7 on the receiver for
	approx. 5 seconds.
	You hear a short acoustic signal.

Note:

Warning signals cannot be switched off.
