Checking Displays

„To check the remaining recording time and

the total playing time

Whilst in the stop mode, hold down the DISP

button for 1 second or more.

Each time the button is pressed, the display will change

as follows.

zRemaining recording time varies depending on the set

recording mode.

zRemaining recording time will not be displayed with a

playback only MiniDisc.

„To display the playing time of an individual

track

zIn the group mode, track numbers in the group are dis-

played.

zTotal playback time will be displayed by moving the M

button toward whilst the track name and playback

time are displayed. You can perform the same opera-

tion by pressing the button on the main unit.

1Whilst in the stop mode, move the M button to-

ward or to select a track number or name.

2Hold down the DISP button for 1 second or more.

Once displaying the playing time, just select the de-

sired track number to display its playing time.
