You can change channels by pressing CHA/V or 1_9,
*(DOT).
Examples:
To select a i or 2-digit channel number (e. g., Channel 5):
Press 5 _ ENT.
To select a 3-digit channel number (e.g., Channel 115):
Press 1_ 1_ 5_ ENT,
To select a 4-digit channel number (e.g., Channel 22.1):
Press 2 _ 2_ *(DOT) _ 1 _ENT
o When selecting a1-digit channel number, it is not
necessaly to press 0 before the number,
o When you enter 0-9 only, channel selection willbe made if
there isno operation within a few seconds.
o If you push "O" by itself, nothing willhappen.
Complete the above stepswithin afew seconds,
When you enter 0-9 and * (DOT),channel selection will be
made if there is no operation within afew seconds.
You can change the volurrle by pressing VOL+/- on
the TV or on the remote control unit.
To increase the volume, press VOL +
o To decrease the volume, pless VOL -

• When "Output Select" is set to "Variable", the indicator on
the screen changes as shown below

Mutes the current sound output.
Press MUTE.
• "r,_" will be displayed on the screen for 30 minutes, and
the sound issilenced
Within 80 minutes ofpressing MUTE, mute can be
canceled by using oneof the methods below
Mute will be canceled ifyou press VOL +/- or MUTE.
• Mute will be canceled after SOminutes havepassed,
However, the TV will not suddenly output a loud sound as
the volume level is set to 0 automaticafly,
Allows you to set atime when the TV automatically
switches to standby.
Press SLEEP.
The remaining time displays when the sleep timer has been set
• Each time you press SLEEP, the remaining time switches
asshown below.

When set, the timeautomatically starts counting down
Ifyou want to ad ustthe sleep timer, you can pressSLEEP
twice then change the time setting.
• Five minutes before thetime expires, the remaining time
displays every minute
Select "Off" by pressing SLEEP tocancel the sleep timer.

= When the sleep timer isset, its indicator on the TV lights red
Allows you to capture and freeze a moving image that
you are watching.
Press FREEZE.
• A moving image is captured.
• Press FREEZE again to cancel the function
When this function isnot available, "No displaying still
image available," will display,
The still image automatica]ly goes out after 30 minutes.
Ifyou are usin/g the freeze function and abroadcast
activates the V-CHP BLOCK, the freeze function will be
canceled and a V-CHP BLOCK message will appear,
To view external source images, select the input source
using INPUT on the remote control unit or on the TV.
1 Press _NPUT.
A list of selectable sources appears.
5' Press _NPUT again or press _/_' to select the
input source.
Animage from the selected source automatically displays
Each time _NPUT ispressed, the input source toggles,

theinput Be sureto connect the equipment beforehand
