Manual or Auto tuning
1Press the ON/STAND-BY button to turn the power on.
2Press the TUNER (BAND) button repeatedly to select the desired
frequency band.
3Press the TUNING ( or ) button on the front of the unit to tun e in
to the desired station.
You can also tune in to the desired station b y pressing the or button on
the remote control.
Manual tuning:
Press the TUNING button as many times as required to tune in to the desired sta-
tion.
Auto tuning:
When the TUNING button is pressed for 0.5 seconds or more, scanning will start
automatically and the tuner will stop at the first receivable broadcast station.
Notes:
zWhen radio interference occurs, auto scan tuning may stop automatically at
that point.
zAuto scan tuning will skip weak si gnal stations.
zTo stop the auto tuning, press the TUNING button again.
