DEFROST
Defrost automatically defrosts all the foods shown in the DEFROST CHART below.
Round the weight to the nearest tenth of a pound.
To enter weight, touch DEFROST pad and number pad for desired food then number pads for weight.
• Suppose you want to defrost a 3.0 pound steak.

NOTE:
1.Defrost can be programmed with More or Less Time Adjustment. Touch the POWER LEVEL pad once or twice after selecting the amount. See page 17.
2.To defrost other foods or foods above or below the weights allowed on DEFROST CHART. Use time and 30% power. See MANUAL DEFROST page 16.
3.If you attempt to enter more or less than the allowed amount as indicated in chart below, "ERROR" will appear in the display.

NOTE: Check foods when oven signals. Do not over defrost. After final stage, small sections may still be icy. Let stand to continue thawing.
Shielding prevents cooking from occurring before the center of the food is defrosted. Use small smooth strips of aluminum foil to cover edges and thinner sections of the food.
