Changes or modifications not expressly approved by Shure Incorporated could void your authority to operate this equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
SReorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
SIncrease the separation between the equipment and receiver.
SConnect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
SConsult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY
Shure Incorporated (“Shure”) hereby warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. At its option Shure will repair or replace the defective product and promptly return it to you, or refund the purchase price. You should retain proof of purchase to validate the purchase date and return it with any warranty claim.
If you believe this product is defective within the warranty period, carefully repack the unit, insure it, and return it postage prepaid to:

Outside the United States, return the product to your dealer or Authorized Service Center.
This warranty does not apply in cases of abuse or misuse of the product, use contrary to Shure’s instruction, or unauthorized repair. All implied WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE are hereby disclaimed and Shure hereby disclaims liabil- ity for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or unavailability of this product.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
