Enter DTMF codes (num- bers).
If necessary, wait again for three seconds at a time for the receiver to process the entries safely.

Control codes (DTMF)
You can, for example, enter control codes (numbers) for remote access to an automatic answering machine while a connection exists. These entries are transmitted directly as DTMF codes (control codes).
