For-til-bag nivellering

Hvis skåret er ujævnt, skal klipperen måske nivelleres. Forskelligt eller forkert dæktryk kan også medføre ujævn klipning. Se EFTERSYN AF DÆKTRYKKET.

1.Drej knivene på langs ad rideren som vist i figur 38. Mål afstanden fra overfladen til forenden af den midterste kniv og fra overfladen til bagenderne af de udvendige knive (figur 35 og 38). Forspidsen skal være 3-6 mm højere end bagspidserne. Hvis ikke, går man videre med trin 2.

2.Den forreste klipperophængsbøjle (A figure 39) bruges til for-til-bag nivellering. For at løfte eller sænke forenden af klipperaggregatet starter man ved at løsne de to bagerste kontramøtrikker (B) på begge sider af ophængsbøjlen (A). Juster de forreste kontramøtrikker (C) på begge sider af ophængsbøjlen (A) for at justere klipperens niveau. Når justeringen er korrekt, strammes kontramltrikkerne (B) igen for at fastlåse ophængsbøjlen igen.

ADVARSEL

Før eftersyn af klipperen eller servicearbejde, skal klipperknivene standses (OFF), startnøglen drejes til OFF, og alle bevægelige dele skal være standset. Fjern startnøglen, frakobl tændingskablet, og fastgør det borte fra tændrøret.

Udskiftning af klipperens rem

1.Parkér rideren på en vandret overflade. Kobl PTO fra, stands motoren og sæt kontrolhåndtagene i PARKERET-stilling. Fjern nøglen.

2.Udløs drivremmens stramning vha. Strammerullearmen (C, figure 40) og fjern drivremmen (A) fra PTO-remskiven (E).

3.Tag remmen af de øvrige remskiver. Bemærk: Det er ikke nødvendigt at afmontere hele klippeaggregatet.

4.Sæt nyt bælte (A) på som vist i figur 40.
