INSTRUCTIONS POUR REGLAGE DU NIVELEUR DE QUAI MÉCANIQUE EDGE-O-DOCK

1.) Mettez-vous sur le sol devant le niveleur de qui. Faites monter le niveleur dans une position verticale. Fixer bien fermement dans cette psoition. (Maintenir en position la lèvre en y attachant une chaîne dans le trou de levage et puis l'ancrant à fourche ou à un jambage de port.

2.) Pour ajuster la force équilibrante du contrepoids, utiliser la poignée de tube incluse avec le niveleur de quai et une clé à tube sur la protubérance du moulage et tourner vers le bas. Nous vous

recommandons qu'une personne tourne le tube qui enroule le ressort à la tension désirée et qu'une autre bloque les boulons de 3/4 pouce sur le flat fraisé.

3.) Quand la torsion nécessaire est trouvée, retoiurner le niveleur à sa position normale de fonctionnement. Vérifier les ajustements et, s'il ne souléve toujours pas comme il faut, répéter les actions ci-dessus pour augmenter ou décrouître la torsion de soulévement du ressort. Si le niveleur saute ou flotte quand la lèvre est déployée, il y a trop do torsion de soulèvement. Répéter les actions ci-dessus pour décroître la torsion de soulèvement.

NOTE: C'est une occasion excellente pour mettre de la graisse sur les embouts de graissage. Un pistolet graisseur ordinaire marche pour cela. Il faut faire cela règulièrement (nous remmandons mensuellement) pour faciliter l'utilisation et l'entretien.
