◆24 10/100/1000BASE-T ports for easy Fast Ethernet integration and for protection of your investment in legacy LAN equipment

◆Four Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver slots that are shared with four of the 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports

◆Auto-negotiation enables each RJ-45 port to automatically select the optimum communication mode (half or full duplex) if this feature is supported by the attached device; otherwise the port can be configured manually

◆Independent RJ-45 10/100/1000BASE-T ports with support for auto MDI/MDI-X

◆Unshielded (UTP) cable supported on all RJ-45 ports: Category 3, 4 or 5 for 10 Mbps connections, Category 5 for 100 Mbps connections, and Category 5 or 5e for 1000 Mbps connections

◆IEEE 802.3u, IEEE 802.3z, and IEEE 802.3ab compliant

◆Up to 32K-entry, media access control (MAC) address cache

◆IEEE 802.1Q based tagged VLAN

◆IEEE 802.1p Class of Service (CoS) through four priority queues for each port

◆IEEE 802.3ad link aggregation: up to six aggregated trunks per switch
