COMPUTER INSTRUCTION
BUTTON and FUNCTION:
START button
Press START to begin any selected program.
STOP/BACK button
a. Press this button to pause the program.
b. Press this button twice to return to the POWER ON MODE.
c. Press this button to go back to previous parameter, while in the PROGRAM MODE.
ENTER button
a. Press this button to get into the program set up.
b. Press this button to confirm the program settings and to change preset values.
c. Press this button to save settings before you START. SPEED UP button
a. Press this button to increase exercise speed by 0.1 mph / km/h.
b. Press this button to increase the current assigned value in PROGRAM MODE.
c. Hold the button to rapidly increase the current assigned value / release to stop
SPEED DOWN button
a. Press this button to decrease exercise speed by 0.1 mph / km/h.
b. Press this button to decrease the current assigned value in PROGRAM MODE.
c. Hold the button to rapidly decrease the current assigned value / release to stop.
INCLINE UP / DOWN button
a. Press up or down to change the incline level when working out.
b. Hold the button to rapidly increase/decrease incline / release to stop
