8.Nach beenden der Messung erscheinen auf der Anzeige die Werte für BMR, BMI und Körperfettprozent. Außerdem wird ein für den Körpertyp passendes Belastungsprofil angezeigt.
9.Durch drücken der START/STOP Taste kann mit dem Training begonnen werden.

b.Sleep Mode
c.BMI (Body Mass Index):Der BMI wert errechnet sich aus dem Verhältnis von Körpergröße zu Gewicht und gilt sowohl für Männer als auch Frauen.
d.BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate - Stoffwechselmessung): Die Stoffwechselmessung errechnet den Kalorienverbrauch des Körpers im Ruhezustand, den Energieverbrauch für Herzschlag und Atmung bei Zimmertemperatur.
Fehlermeldungen:
E1 (FEHLER 1):
Im Traingsstatus: Wenn der Computer während des Trainings mehr als 4 Sekunden kein Signal vom Steuermotor empfängt und drei weitere Versuche das Signal aufzunehmen fehlschlagen errscheint E1.
Wenn eingeschaltet: Der Steuermotor wird automatisch auf Null zurückgesetzt wenn mehr als 4 Sekunden kein Signal vom Motor empfangen wird. Der Regler des Steuermotors schaltet sich ab und die Anzeige “E1“ erscheint. Es werden keine weiteren Daten vom Computer angezeigt.
E2 (FEHLER 2): Stellt der Computer beim lesen der Speicherdaten einen fehlerhaften I.D. code fest oder wenn ein integrierter Schaltkreis beschädigt ist erscheint die Anzeige “E2” sofort nach dem einschalten.
E3 (FEHLER 3): Stellt der Computer fest, dass der Motor 4 Sekunden nach dem Einschalten die Nullstellung noch nicht verlassen hat erscheint die Anzeige “E3”.
