BYTE	NAME	DESCRIPTION
0	USB_MFR_STR	USB manufacturer string descriptor length as defined by Section 9.6.7 “String”
	_LEN	of the USB 2.0 Specification (Revision 2.0, 2000). This field is the “bLength”
		which describes the size of the string descriptor (in bytes).
