1 Connect the power cord to a wall outlet.
The POWER lamp (green) lights up.
2 Insert the top of the connecting plate of the AC power adaptor into the top of the battery mounting surface of video equipment. Push the connecting plate so that it attaches firmly.
To remove the AC power adaptor
While pressing the BATT release knob, slide the AC power adaptor in the opposite direction of the arrow.

Charging
• Repeated charging while some |
capacity remains causes a |

1 Brancher le cordon d’alimentation sur une prise murale.

2 Insérez le haut de la plaque de
connexion de l'adaptateur secteur sur le haut de la surface de montage de l'appareil vidéo. Appuyez sur la plaque de connexion pour qu'elle s'emboîte bien.

Appuyer sur le bouton de déverrouillage BATT et pousser l’adaptateur dans le sens opposé à la flèche.
Remarques sur l’utilisation
Cet appareil n’est pas étanche à la poussière, aux projections d’eau et à l’eau en général.

The unit is not disconnected from the AC power source as long as it is connected to the wall outlet, even if the set itself has been turned off.

•Before attaching the AC power adaptor to the video equipment, remove the battery pack from the AC power adaptor.
•The battery pack cannot be charged while operating the video equipment.
•The POWER lamp will remain lit for a while even if the unit is unplugged after use. This is normal.
•If the POWER lamp does not light, set the selector to VTR and disconnect the power cord. After about one minute, reconnect the power cord and set the selector to VTR again.
